- I didn’t attend the fall conference. Can I attend this one? Yes! Regardless of experience and age, as long as you have an interest in journalism, this conference is the one for you.
- I'm a parent and would like for my child to attend. What should I do? No worries, please contact programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Spring JC 2019 Individual Attendee: [Full Name] and we’ll get back to you with the registration details.
- How do I know I've registered and paid successfully? You will receive a confirmation email within the next couple of days with the conference schedule and attendee form.
- I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? Don't worry! Send us an email at programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Registration Check: [School Name] and we'll be in touch to get things fixed.
- Can I pay via check? Yes, you can. After you complete registration, please send an email to programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Check Payment: [School Name] and we will send you the invoice and appropriate details.
- I need an invoice. What should I do? Contact us at programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Invoice Needed: [School Name] and we'll send it along!
- More students would like to attend. What should I do? We'd love to have them! Please send an email to programs@thecrimson with subject title: Registration Change: [School Name] and we'll work with you from there!
- Is there housing provided? Unfortunately, housing is not provided. There are many affordable hotel accommodations in Harvard Square and the greater Boston area, so we recommend booking a night with a local hotel if you’re coming from out of town.
- I'm arriving late. What should I do? No worries, we totally understand. Just send an email with the estimated time of arrival to programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Late Arrival: [School Name] and we’ll make separate registration arrangements.
- I would like to leave early. What should I do? Not a problem at all! Just send a email with your approximate time of departure to programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Early Departure: [School Name].
- Is breakfast and lunch provided? Yes, we need full stomachs to learn! Please arrive on time for some coffee, hot chocolate and donuts in the morning. Lunch will be served in the afternoon. Have allergies we should know of? No problem! Be sure to note that in the Attendee Form in your confirmation email.
- I ordered a newspaper review. What should I do? Please send a PDF copy of your most recent publication to programs@thecrimson.com with subject line: Newspaper Review: [School Name] by March 25th. Please also bring a physical copy with you on the day of.
- I loved the conference and want to leave a review! What should I do? We're so glad you enjoyed it. We always love hearing from you guys, so please leave us your comments in the Feedback tab! If you have specific shout-outs, let us know too!
